How long does delivery take?
- Domestic orders are delivered within 5 business days.
- International orders may take up to 14 business days.
- Delivery timelines may extend due to logistics or customs delays beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping across India on orders above ₹2,000.
International shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Charges vary by region.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Tranquility Lux does not offer any exchanges, including size or color exchanges.
Refund eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Any request must be raised within 15 days of delivery (as per the courier's delivery date).
Conditions for returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Products returned without tags or with signs of use will be rejected.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. Such cases must be reported immediately.
Refund Amounts
- Full refund: If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged.
- Partial refund: If packaging is opened but the product is unused.
- No refund:
- If damage is not covered under manufacturing defects
- On sale or discounted items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For orders above ₹2,000, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. Tranquility Lux is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified via email within 72 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
- If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may occur).

Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
